Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order elanskincare.pk with, you will receive an order confirmation email, message, or call containing all the essential details of your purchase. 

Note: Order is only confirmed on call, Please make sure to keep your cell Phone On. If the order is not confirmed after 3 calls, your order will get canceled automatically. (In most cases clients do not receive their claim that the order was not made by them or it is a mistake, to save time, please cooperate with us). 

We prioritize the instant processing and dispatch of your order to get your products to you immediately. 

Order Processing Time

Normally, all items are sourced from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, provided it is a business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our Customer Support Representative will call you to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charge of Rs. 170 all over Pakistan. We aim to keep your shopping experience affordable and convenient.

Domestic Shipping

For deliveries in Pakistan, we work with Leopard to safely ship your parcel to your doorsteps. 

Estimated Delivery Times

• We strive to deliver your parcels within 2 to 3 working days in major cities.
  And 3 to 5 working days to deliver your order to other cities.

Shipping Address

Your parcel will be delivered exclusively to the shipping address provided during checkout. We need alternative addresses or names of any nearby famous places to ensure the security of your order.
